• Booking Policies and Procedures

  • A $50 Non refundable deposit is required for NEW CLIENTS and all FULL SET Lash extension service. The deposit will be applied to the final balance of service bill unless the scheduled appointment has to be cancelled or rescheduled.

• Late Policy

  • Please note anyone who is 10 min late or more with out a verbal approval will have to reschedule their appt.

• Cancellation Policy

  • A cancellation must be done 48 hours prior to the appointment time or a $25 cancellation fee will be billed. The cancellation feel must be paid before rebooking.

• Shipping

  • Once your order has been placed allow 24 hours for your items to be shipped.

• Refund Policy

  • Due to Covid 19 there will be no refunds or exchanges on Lash strips. 3o day refund for all skincare products that have not been opened. There is no refund for Lash extension services. You have 3 days to notify the Lash Extensionist of any issues after application.
